Paperpoint respects your right to privacy under the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth of Australia) and are required to comply with the National Privacy Principles in respect to the collection of personal information from individuals.
Use of personal information
At Paperpoint, we keep all personal information submitted to us in the strictest confidence. The information is stored on a secure server and is only used to process your order and for our own marketing purposes.
We will never rent or sell your personal information to any third party without your permission. If a situation arises where we are required by law to provide information about a customer we must fully cooperate with them.
Use of credit card information
Credit card payments are charged immediately whilst being processed in real-time by our 128-bit encrypted SSL secure server and payment gateway.
We do not keep a record of your credit card information beyond the life of the order that is associated with. Credit card details are retained during the life of the order in the event that a refund needs to be processed.
Use of Email Addresses
Paperpoint will contact you via email in relation to your wishlist items or orders that you place on our website; this may include order confirmation emails, order status updates or for marketing purposes from time-to-time.
Members who choose to receive the Paperpoint newsletter will receive this email every fortnight. Recipients of the newsletter may choose to 'unsubscribe' from our mailing list by following the directions in the email.
Paperpoint will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose, and will not disclose it to other individuals or businesses, without your consent.
Use of Cookies
When you add products to your shopping cart, a small text file, known as a "cookie" is stored on your computer. This file contains unique information that allows the site to identify you.
Cookies are used to make your shopping experience at Paperpoint easier. It is our policy not to make use of cookies for marketing purposes.

Use of Tracking Code
Paperpoint uses Google Adwords campaigns to advertise its website. In order to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, Paperpoint have added a tracking code to the payment page to determine the conversion rate for customers who emanate from an Adwords link. This tracking does not affect the user experience in any way and personal information is not collected.
